It's a GEL
I thought this was the water-based classic eye makeup remover. It's a gel - and it's scented. Not what I expected, but works alright. Just will take getting used to. I wish it said up front this was a different formulation than the liquid eye makeup remover that it appears to be. (Same bottle, style and, apparently the same name!) I'm grateful it works though.

I thought I was purchasing a water based makeup remover as it says on the title. Turns out it's a lotion makeup remover. I mean it'a fine it's just not what I was expecting at all. It's a lotion makeup remover which works okay
